Kern County SHRM (Society For Human Resource Management) is the Kern County chapter of the national SHRM. KCSHRM posts resources for local human resource personnel to use in their day to day jobs. They also provide links to job boards and host events for these persons to gather at and discuss current trends and requirements of HR departments.

Fluxar built KCSHRM a custom back-end based on the Smarty PHP template system that allows KCSHRM board members and administrators to edit/update the website as they need. Their back-end system creates events, collects payments and RSVP’s, tracks payments, and sends out mass email to subscribers.

Hundreds of man hours have poured into this website making it one of the most functional, and beautiful, SHRM websites in the nation.
